Data Researcher (Lead Generation)
We’re looking for a
Data Researcher to support our
lead generation team by building
high-quality lead databases for outreach campaigns. This is a
research-focused role - you’ll be responsible for finding the right companies and decision-makers, not just collecting random contacts.
What you’ll be doing:• Conduct research to identify target companies, leads, and decision-makers (2 campaigns per week).
• Identify relevant contacts based on clear ICP and targeting criteria.
• Segment and categorize leads (industry, company size, role, etc.).
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snaily.io, Lemlist, and others.
• Validate and double-check data using open sources.
• Continuously improve lead quality and targeting.
What we’re looking for:• Experience in data research / lead sourcing - 1+ years.
• At least 6 months of experience in the IT industry.
• Good English communication skills (B1+/B2 or higher).
• Understanding of the IT industry.
• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, or similar.
