Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on real products across web and mobile.
You will create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces, build and maintain design systems, and turn ideas into intuitive experiences.
This is a great opportunity to grow in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on usability, consistency, and clean design.

Requirements
• Solid knowledge of Figma and experience working on several real projects.
• Understanding of design principles, UX patterns, and usability basics.
• Experience working with or building design systems.
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-focused interfaces.
• High attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to justify design decisions.
• Intermediate level of English (B1+) and clear communication skills.
• Openness to feedback and collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities
• Work with project briefs and requirements.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and UI concepts.
• Create responsive UI designs for web and mobile.
• Prepare design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.
• Test and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment.
• Participate in team reviews and contribute to design improvements.

Nice to have
• Experience with web applications or adaptive design.
• Skills in microanimations or interactive prototyping in Figma.
• Experience with Notion or similar project management tools.
• Understanding of UX writing basics.
• Interest in user psychology or human-centered design.
